If you have questions about how environmental evaluations work in reality, please contact me and I will explain the steps in a free phone consultation. Once I have established your project needs, I will provide you a cost estimate and an estimated schedule for me to complete your services. On Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), the turnaround time for your report is typically 10 to 15 business days, depending on regulatory file availability and site access. Phase 2 ESAs are only recommended if recent and/or historical site conditions warrant additional investigation. If your site is listed with a regulatory agency, I will act as your technical intermediary, negotiating work scopes, and submitting your documents to the State Water Resources Control Board website www.Geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov, as required. Once the Phase 2 ESA work is complete, I can help guide you through the remediation stage (if deemed necessary), with the ultimate goal of receiving site closure. Regarding indoor air and drinking water sampling, please contact me to discuss your concerns and I can walk you through the process (note that I do not do mold sampling or abatement).
